This is a welcoming, zero-pressure, open-to-all four-week course focused on exploring the delights and mysteries of poems. We’ll read poems together, play with prompts, write in quiet community, and share (only if you want to!). The focus will be on discovery, play, and conversation—not on critique. If you’ve been wanting to try your hand at poetry but weren’t sure where to start, or if you used to write poems but have been busy with the rest of your life for a while, or if you’re just looking for an encouraging and thoughtful creative outlet this fall, this course is for you! Sessions will be 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, and 10/23.
